IB Sample CAB held annually since 2006 between the months of April and May. (IB chemistry)

It focuses on experiments, shows, interactive exhibits and lectures presented by researchers and technicians CAB as well as teachers and students of IB. The contents are varied, for example, some of the activities of 2013 were: Why ?, ionizing radiation Foucault Pendulum, fascinating games of chemistry, the subway to NM, radioactive waste management, used in Magnetism daily life, among many others.

Sample CAB IB takes place during a week in which activities that facilitate experimentation of science and technology, knowledge of the details of the work of researchers and Argentina's progress in these areas as well as the academic offer IB are presented. In addition, talks and shows are presented. Among the pieces of disclosure that are generated specifically for the exhibition, brochures on each topic presented and delivered free are done.

Every year, the sample is visited by barilochenses, other public locations that moves especially for the event, as well as tourists. For example, in Sample 2013 they helped nearly 200 workers CAB, IB, Ezeiza Atomic Center, and other invited institutions and visited more than 3400 people.(hl chemistry)

Both talks in schools as Sample CAB IB are part of the activities of the National Week Technology offered from the CAB IB.

In 2014, will be held CAB Sample IB from 22 to 28 April. As every year, topics will be presented varied, and within the framework of the International Year of Crystallography is planning to undertake related interactive activities (such as workshops crystal growth, proposals crystal structures collapsible, corner of art and science, among others), as well as pieces of public communication of science designed to accompany the space for these activities.
